Tax rules change and vary by individual circumstance — always confirm figures with the relevant government tax authority before relying on them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using FinCalc Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App does

FinCalc Pro is an offline financial calculator: EMI/loan calculators, tax and salary estimators for multiple countries, fixed deposit and interest calculators, and a loan eligibility estimator. It runs entirely on your device; calculations are not sent to or verified against any government system.

3. Accuracy of information

We make a reasonable effort to keep bundled tax rates current and periodically refresh them automatically. However, tax law is complex, changes frequently, and may include exceptions, deductions, or regional variations not modeled by the App. All results are estimates. We are not liable for decisions made based on figures shown in the App.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of results.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of FinCalc Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including financial loss — arising from use of, or reliance on, the App.

6. Advertising

The App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data this involves.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the App in a way that disrupts its operation or violates applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
